Brigitte Simard

Brigitte Simard leads the firm’s activities and leverages her extensive industry and functional search experience to advise Canadian and international clients on important governance matters and executive recruitment.

Professional Experience

During her career in executive search and consulting, Brigitte has served as the Managing Partner of two global search firms in Montreal. She also held leadership roles at IBM, RBC-Dexia and Bell Canada.

Brigitte is very active in the Canadian business community. She is a member of the Quebec Businesswomen Network, the International Women Forum, the Institute of Corporate Directors and WeConnect International. Brigitte is the Chairwoman of the Mount-Royal Club Board, a former Chair of the board of directors of the Canadian Club and a former board director of the Innovation Center.

Education

Brigitte graduated from McGill University in psychology.
