Brigitte Simard

Brigitte Simard leads the firm’s activities and leverages her extensive industry and functional search experience to advise Canadian and international clients on important governance matters and executive recruitment.

Professional Experience

During her career in executive search and consulting, Brigitte has served as the Managing Partner of two global search firms in Montreal. She also held leadership roles at IBM, RBC-Dexia and Bell Canada.

Brigitte is very active in the Canadian business community.  She is a member of the Quebec Businesswomen Network, the International Women Forum, the Institute of Corporate Directors and WeConnect International. Brigitte is the Chairwoman of the Mount-Royal Club Board, a former Chair of the board of directors of the Canadian Club and a former board director of the Innovation Center.

Education

Brigitte graduated from McGill University in psychology.

Ligia joined I:T as Consultant and Head of the Research Team after 12 years of working with a global executive search firm.
She has led numerous C-level and VP-level search assignments, in various functional capacities, across all industries. Her executive search experience often includes complex cross-border international projects.
She has been involved in multiple organizational development strategy and leadership development projects, including leadership assessments.

Education

Ligia earned an MBA from McGill University and received a Bachelor’s in Business, from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, Brazil.

Thierry Faure

An experienced executive search professional specializing in finance and technology, Thierry demonstrates an unparalleled commitment to finding the best talents to enhance business success. Active in the international business community, he has held several management positions in Canada, France, and the United Kingdom.

Professional Experience

During his career in executive search, Thierry has held the position of Principal in two international recruitment firms in Montreal. He has also managed teams for Total in the UK, held the role of Private Banker near Geneva, and worked as a legal expert in France. Thierry is a board director of the Montreal Canadian Club.

Education

Thierry holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Lyon 3 and a post-graduate diploma in wealth management from Toulouse Business School in France as well as several certificates from Oxford (UK), Cornell (US) or the University of Helsinki (FI) covering the fields of private equity and artificial intelligence.
